HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE FAST PASS?
Once you've rented online and signed your digital lease, we'll send you a confirmation email with your unit number and unique access code. To complete your Fast Pass move-in, just stop by our office to grab your key. We have a Fast Pass lane just for you!
HOW DO I GET THE KEY TO MY STORAGE UNIT?
Stop by our office and hop into the Fast Pass lane. Remember to bring a form of ID so that we can verify your reservation. Our manager will hand you the keys to your unit and provide any assistance you might need.
CAN I RENT ONLINE AND COME TO THE OFFICE LATER?
Yes. When you rent online, you lock in your discount and the unit is reserved for you. You can visit us at your convenience during office hours to pick up your key.
CAN I RENT A UNIT AND SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP THE KEY?
Yes, when you rent online we'll ask if you want to add Authorized Users to your account. We take security seriously, so only the person named on the lease or persons listed on the Authorized User form can retrieve the key from our office.

When you rent online or through our 24/7 customer service center, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your confirmation email will contain a Lugg coupon code at the bottom portion of your email.
Can I use my coupon code to move anywhere in NYC?
Your coupon code is only valid for a move to Manhattan Mini Storage.
How much does Lugg moving cost?
Rates will vary based on the number of vehicles your move requires. For the most accurate quote, use their handy Lugg Estimator Tool on their website or app.
How do I redeem my Lugg coupon code?
When you book moving services with Lugg, enter the coupon code into their checkout process to activate your discount.
IF YOU WILL NOT BE PRESENT WHEN YOUR MOVERS ARRIVE:
You do not have to be present for your movers to place your items into storage. Our store manager will verify your reservation with your movers and escort them to your storage unit. We'll lock the unit once the movers are done and store the key in our office.
How will I get the key to my storage unit?
Stop by our office to pick up your key. Only the persons named on the lease or authorized users on your account will be able to retrieve the key from our office.
What if my unit isn't big enough when the movers arrive?
We will upgrade you to a larger unit and your movers will store your items.
