Store it Forward, StorageMart’s charitable giving program, is partnering with Global Giving to help raise funds for those impacted by the devastation of Hurricane Irma. StorageMart is matching donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $25,000. Every donation generated by our customers, friends, and employees will be matched 100%, for a total goal of $50,000.
Our Store It Forward donation page allows you to among vetted charities who are all working diligently to help those who are recovering from the strongest storm on record in the Atlantic. The charities are:
- Global Giving Hurricane Irma Relief Fund – providing emergency supplies like water, food, and medicine in the US and Caribbean. Additionally, the fund supports long term assistance to help residents rebuild their lives.
- Jake’s Diapers, Inc. Helping Babies in Haiti – providing diapers to the children of Haiti while their families rebuild from the Hurricane’s destruction.
- Save the Children Federation – Providing relief to families who need assistance and focusing on the unique needs of children during this time.
- Fuel Relief Fund – With many families still relying on generators, and first responders needing fuel to continue to help the impacted communities this fund will help get the fuel to the areas where gas stations still remain closed.

StorageMart’s “Store It Forward” giving program partnered with the American Red Cross immediately after Hurricane Harvey brought record-breaking rainfall across the gulf coast. The self storage company pledged to raise $25,000 in donations towards disaster relief funds, with a 100% match from StorageMart, for a total of $50,000.
In the past weeks, over $11,000 has been donated by StorageMart customers, employees, and the community.
